- Hains Point Park in Washington, D.C. will be the site of a national celebration of World Water Monitoring Day 2008 on Thursday, September 18, at 9:00 a.m.
- The event is coordinated by the Water Environment Federation and the International Water Association, with partners including the USEPA, U.S. Geological Survey and many more.
- It is the 5th Annual World Water Monitoring Day

It is very nice, to celebrating the World Water Monitoring Day. The party is synchronized by the Water Environment Federation and the International Water Organization, with affiliates such as the USEPA, U.S. Geological Study and many more.
